Collecting, processing and storing the personal information (personal data) I provide on servers in the United States and that Steppe Dragon LLC will take reasonable measures to safeguard my privacy rights under applicable data protection laws;

LTD a legal entity duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with an address Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty, Bostandikskiy district, microdistrict Koktem-1, building # 26, office # 92, postal index 050040 (including its subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership, collectively “Steppe Dragon LLC” or “We”) has adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how we respect your privacy and are committed to protect it through our compliance with this policy.
This privacy policy describes the treatment of information provided or collected on the App and Websites where this privacy policy is posted. It also explains the treatment of information provided or collected on applications we make available on third-party Websites or platforms if disclosed to you in connection with use of the application.
We follow this Privacy Policy in accordance with local law in the places where we operate.

When you use an application on a Social Networking Site (“SNS”), you allow us to access certain information from your profile from that SNS. Children under the Age of 13

STEPPE DRAGON LLC AND ITS PARTNERS DO COLLECT NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE DATA FROM CHILDREN. THIS INCLUDES, FOR EXAMPLE, COLLECTION OF IP-BASED GEOLOCATION DATA TO ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCT, SERVICE OR FEATURES SERVED COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS OF THAT NATION.
WE ENCOURAGE PARENTS TO INSTRUCT THEIR CHILDREN TO NEVER GIVE OUT THEIR REAL NAMES, ADDRESSES, OR PHONE NUMBERS, WITHOUT PERMISSION, WHEN USING THE INTERNET.
WE RECOGNIZE A SPECIAL NEED TO PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM YOUNG CHILDREN.
STEPPE DRAGON LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old. If we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted information to STEPPE DRAGON LLC, we delete this information immediately.
STEPPE DRAGON LLC also does not allow our third party partners who engage in such practices to access personally identifiable data from users under 13. STEPPE DRAGON LLC and its partners also collect data to assess general information about the use of products, such as the number of visitors to our Websites and services and which sections of a site or service are popular. STEPPE DRAGON LLC understands the need to provide extra privacy protections to users who are children. To that end, features and services such as social networking plug-ins, behaviorally targeted advertising, and collection of data for the purpose of building user profiles are not available to users under 13.

While STEPPE DRAGON LLC requires that companies comply with STEPPE DRAGON LLC’s privacy policy before STEPPE DRAGON LLC allows those companies to access our Websites and services, STEPPE DRAGON LLC does not actually control third-party data collection and use. SOME OF OUR ONLINE SERVICES ALLOW YOU TO LINK YOUR ACCOUNT TO SNS SERVICES LIKE FACEBOOK AND TWITTER. CERTAIN MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION MAY BE TRANSFERRED AUTOMATICALLY TO STEPPE DRAGON LLC WHEN YOU LINK YOUR ONLINE SERVICE MEMBERSHIP WITH SNS ACCOUNT, SUCH AS YOUR FRIENDS LIST.
IF YOU CONNECT WITH FACEBOOK, WE STORE YOUR FACEBOOK ID, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL, LOCATION, FRIENDS LIST AND PROFILE PICTURE AND USE THEM TO CONNECT WITH YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT TO PROVIDE CERTAIN FUNCTIONALITY ON THE SERVICES, LIKE RECOMMENDING EVENTS THAT YOUR FACEBOOK FRIENDS ARE INTERESTED IN AND SHARING THE EVENTS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN WITH CERTAIN GROUPS OF PEOPLE LIKE YOUR FACEBOOK FRIENDS.
You can either connect to our App through Facebook or use it as a guest. When you connect to our App through Facebook you allow us to access and/or collect certain information from your Facebook profile/account as permitted by the Terms of Services and your privacy settings with Facebook. The information you allow us to access and collect varies depending on the Facebook terms and your privacy setting therein.
Some SNS services also give you the option to post information about the Online Services to their websites to share with others. If you choose to use these features, your actions are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the feature. Please review each company’s governing policies before using their services.
Some of our Online Services offer SNS features and Widgets, such as the Facebook “Like” button, Google + button, or the Share This button. You may choose not to allow Facebook to provide us with certain information about you, but this may result in not being able to use certain features of App. When you use our services we may assign you a unique identifying number (“ID Number”), which is not publically displayed to other App users.

You can also send requests to other users within the App, and we can use your username in the rankings within the App. In both cases other users will be able to click your username and see your account within the App, whereby they will be able to see your username, avatar and in-game achievements. Your requests are transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties to whom you may choose to send requests. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your requests, the in-App rankings, and, consequently, your username, avatar and in-game achievements will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM ALL OF OUR SERVICES TO PROVIDE, MAINTAIN, PROTECT AND IMPROVE THEM, TO DEVELOP NEW ONES, AND TO PROTECT STEPPE DRAGON LLC AND OUR USERS. WE ALSO USE THIS INFORMATION TO OFFER YOU TAILORED CONTENT – LIKE GIVING YOU MORE RELEVANT ADS.
